Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
(Green Card) Lost Certificate Replacement Procedure

1. Report your lost Mandatory Basic Safety Training (MBST) Certificate to any nearby police station and obtain a lost report.

2. Come back to our Training Center (on working days between 9am to 5pm) with lost report and after validating your MBST Certificate record with Labour Department our staff will issue a Replacement(R) MBST Certificate (Fee HK$ 80).
